C U Soon is an 2020 Indian Malayalam-language mystery-thriller drama film written and directed by Mahesh Narayanan.The film presented as a computer screen film and stars Fahadh Faasil, Roshan Mathew and Darshana Rajendran in lead roles, with Saiju Kurup, Amalda Liz and Maala Parvathi in supporting roles.Produced by Fahadh Faasil and Nazriya Nazim, the film released on Amazon Prime Video on September 1, 2020.
Premise[edit]
Jimmy (Roshan Mathew) is working in a Middle Eastern company and is in a relationship with Anu (Darshana Rajendran), whom he met via a dating app. Despite never meeting her in person, Jimmy introduces Anu to his mother. Things are complicated when Anu sends a suicide note-video to Jimmy, and police takes him into custody. To prove Jimmy's innocence and solve the mystery, Jimmy's family seeks the help of his cousin, Kevin (Fahadh Faasil). It is then revealed that Anu was a part of a sex racket trying to escape from the place and used Jimmy in the process.
